Placed an order for 1/2 Beef and I’m glad I did. We typically bought our beef from the grocery store so this was a change. Great flavor and very tender. I’ve used some ground beef for hamburgers as well as spaghetti. Cooked a roast in the crockpot and it came out very tender. Can’t wait to have a ribeye and sirloins from the batch.
